Cant eat. just too hard.. my metal spoon broke trying to eat this low quality icecream. wish i can get a refund

This icecream is so hard that it is almost a block of ice... this is not how an expensive ice cream should be.. i will never buy another product from calli based on this experience.. just really bad..
